All talent, whether as an athlete or a business person, fundamentally exists and derives from one place- your drive to succeed. You can be the smartest businessperson or the most talented athlete and still lead an average or less than average career if you don’t have the passion to succeed.
Staying driven can be influenced by many different things- your family, your loved ones, finances, support from a mentor, or just from the mere love of what you want to succeed in. For many, it is a combination of all of these things. Regardless of what influences your drive, it is born and managed at your core. Bill will explain his underlying force that preceded all the rest- the fear of failure. To Bill, failure was not an option. Bill will also discuss how to maintain a healthy drive and to recognize the sources that will continue to feed your passion. Staying healthy allowed Bill to perform at his best. Nutrition, adequate sleep, and physical activity are extremely critical for athletes and non-athletes alike.
